Totally useless. In theory a useful app, but in practice, it is completely non-functional. ### 1/5 — Broken *2021-12-18* Not working at all. Restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app. Didn’t work. Pages not loading, buttons not doing anything, etc. ### 1/5 — Unstable, doesn’t improve service *2021-11-17* Yes, it worked at first. Then it said I didn’t exist, and twice I had to spend nearly an hour on line with customer support to erase the defetive profile and re-establish my account. Then I discovered that when using the app my refill order gets shunted to a “central processing” unit which delays my refills at least a full day, usually two. The nice folks at my pharmacy location quietly told me to “just call us like before” for my refills.
