Terrible app, it is so bogged down with glitches I couldn’t even get it to work long enough to create an account before it freezes and needs to restart. Totally useless. 
In theory a useful app, but in practice, it is completely non-functional.

Not working at all.  Restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app.  Didn’t work.  Pages not loading, buttons not doing anything, etc.

Yes, it worked at first.  Then it said I didn’t exist, and twice I had to spend nearly an hour on line with customer support to erase the defetive profile and re-establish my account.  Then I discovered that when using the app my refill order gets shunted to a “central processing” unit which delays my refills at least a full day, usually two.  The nice folks at my pharmacy location quietly told me to “just call us like before” for my refills.  They say it causes them more grief than help.

I got up and running quickly. Great, easy summary of my meds.  Today I renewed two prescriptions in 30 seconds by scanning my pill vials. Very easy.
