It is incrementally challenging, raises my heart rate, and gives me a good sweat. I feel myself getting fitter each week. I like to pair this app with another fitness app I use to keep up the variety and it’s great. I would love to see more workout programs added to the app. ### 4/5 — Thank You, Gunnar❤️ *2022-07-07, version 1.0.2* I’m so excited that Gunnar Peterson created an affordable work out and meal plan program for non-celebrities. I really like variety of the workouts, and after just a few days of following the program religiously I already feel stronger and healthier. The plan prescribes plenty of food, so I never feel hungry. In fact, I haven’t been able to eat all of the meals and snacks. The only reason I’m giving this app “4” stars, instead of “5”, is because I wish there was a way to continue the fitness program after the fourth week ends. The program is a one-and-done purchase. I feel confident that I can continue the meal plan without guidance after the 4th week; the fitness path: not so much. I purchased the bundle with the workout plan and meal plan. To begin the meal plan did not even load for the first week first day, then for the rest of the first week it is the exact same food for all meals for the remainder of the week. For example Salmon for the next 6 days for dinner!! That’s awful. There is absolutely no innovation or personalization!! I contacted them via email asking for a refund of my $100 and first received an error message and then it finally went through. I emailed twice and have still heard nothing regarding a credit, refund or correction.
