## What is Gunny?

Gunny is the membership and attendance platform built for Australian shooting and sporting clubs. It replaces the paperwork — sign-in sheets, spreadsheets, and manual returns — with one simple app for members and club administrators.

Run by Pademelon Software, Gunny is club software: it manages people, attendance, and compliance. It is not a marketplace and does not facilitate the purchase or sale of firearms or ammunition.

FOR MEMBERS
• See your club's match and event calendar at a glance
• Sign up for upcoming matches and events
• Check in fast at the range with a secure QR code scan
• Track your participation against genuine-reason quota requirements
• View your results and current standing
• Keep your membership details in one place

FOR CLUB ADMINISTRATORS
• Manage your member roster and roles
• Run match-day attendance with secure, rotating QR check-in
• Record and verify results
• Track member participation and quota compliance automatically
• Organise working bees and record attendance
• Generate participation and regulator compliance reporting

BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAN CLUBS
Gunny understands how clubs actually run — competitive matches versus practice shoots, gun-class participation, and the genuine-reason quota rules clubs report against. Victoria first, with more jurisdictions to follow.

PRIVACY & SECURITY FIRST
Members' real identity details are encrypted at rest and access is audited. Day to day, the club only sees what it needs to. One sign-in works across every club you belong to.

Gunny is a club subscription — free for members. Talk to your club about getting set up.
