Downloaded the app, clicked on “create account” and I get a black screen with “Done” at the top. No option to create the account, no updates to the app, no response from Beretta or the developers. Pretty pointless to buy a shotgun with this technology when you can’t even create an account and login with the app. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Inutile en France car l’application est seulement en anglais et italien !
Étant pourtant d’origine italienne, je ne le parle ni le comprends, encore moins l’anglais 😩
A quand une version FRANÇAISE 😊
Vu le prix de l’ A400 lite que je viens d’acquérir , je pense que s’est un Du !

Last updated 2 years ago. I get “Login Failure” every time I try to login the app. I can go to the website and login with no problem. I’ve tried different emails and password combinations, all work with the website and not the app itself. I bought a brand new shotgun and the technology is worthless without the app. Don’t waste your money on a new Beretta firearm if this is a selling point. I am using an iPhone 7+ with the latest iOS.

Please update your app to work with current phones.

Creo que es hora de una actualización, ya con iOS 11 no va del todo bien (tiene muchos fallos y sinceramente no dan ganas de usarla) y de paso agregar el idioma español.

Can’t login.  It appears that others are having the same issue.  Tried my current B-Club account and even tried logging  in as a new user. Neither worked. If you cannot  login then the gun pod 2 is not accessible.  

No help from Beretta so far.

I have an iPhone X and all updates have been installed.

Update:  Contacted Beretta and they said they knew of the problem and were working on it.  They did  something, as I tried it this afternoon and it worked as advertised.

Not too bad for an initial release. Couple of issues. During clay shooting I normally enter my overall score either at the end of the shoot or after each stand. The app doesn't let you do that after closing the session.
The app also asks for a password each time it is used and has to go online for authentication, which isn't always possible.

I like the Emergency Call function: it can make the difference in case of need and if you have to tell your GPS position and you are in the middle of nowhere! I will consider using it also when going hiking with my dog. Please add info about burnt calories for each hunting session and "remember me" at login.
