## What is GUNTAMATIC online?

With GUNTAMATIC online, you have your heating system conveniently under control via smartphone or tablet – at home and on the go.

Check current temperatures, operating values, and system statuses, and adjust important settings directly in the app. Set programs and enable/disable functions, adjust heating circuit and hot water settings, and keep an eye on your heating system's operation at all times.

In the event of a fault, the app can notify you via push notification if desired. Error messages and fault reports can be displayed directly in the app. Handy reminder functions also support you, for example, with timely fuel ordering or upcoming maintenance work.

A clear home screen gives you a quick overview of your heating systems. With multiple boilers, current statuses and possible faults are displayed clearly, so you can see at a glance where action is needed.

Bin mit der App zufrieden, sie bietet Zugriff auf meine Heizung von Unterwegs und das Ganze kostenfrei. Natürlich könnte sie noch mehr Funktionen haben und auch die Datenspeicherung könnte mehr wie 12 Tage zurück reichen aber wer bezahlt das dann? Es kann immer noch mehr und umfangreicher sein, deshalb gebe ich 5 Punkte.

Was ist so schwer daran die App mal anständig überarbeiten zu lassen? Man könnte so viel mehr draus machen.. siehe Konkurrenz.

Vielen Dank das die Apo beibehalten wird, so kann man weiterhin schnell und zuverlässig auf die Heizung zugreifen auch wenn man in Urlaub ist, ebenso das man dauerhaft die App auch eine Warnmeldu g bekommt wenn was nicht stimmt.

Die App ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und übermittelt die wichtigsten Funktionen bzw. Kesselinformationen an den Bediener weiter. Dennoch würde ich mir in der kostenlosen Version gerne mehr Funktionen wünschen!

Eigentlich hat die App 3 Sterne verdient: Sie verliert regelmäßig alle Daten der Vergangenheit, aktualisiert sich nur alle 15 Minuten und im Allgemeinen ist der Funktionsumfang überschaubar. Letzte Aktualisierung bzw. Pflege vor 5(!) Jahren. Für das Wichtigste ist sie aber in Ordnung und gut nutzbar. 

Warum dann 5 Sterne? Es gab eine „schöne“ E-Mail vom Kundenservice (?): nur bei guten Bewerbungen bleibt die App kostenlos und ungepflegt. Ansonsten wird die App zwar weiterentwickelt aber es droht ein teures Abo-Modell. Das erklärt übrigens die Flut an guten Bewertungen seit Sommer 2022. Kundenorientierung ist leider etwas Anderes und andere Hersteller sind da deutlich weiter.

App funktioniert, mehr Funktionen wären schön. Dafür ist sie aber kostenlos. In allem zu Frieden.
Die Datenspeicherung geht nur ein paar Tage zurück. Leider nicht mehr.
Manchmal löscht sich das auch und die Daten sind weg. 
Eher nur für die letzten paar Stunden zu sehen quasi
