### 3/5 — Gun inventory works great. Ammo section needs work

*2025-12-06, version 5.21.4*

The firearms section works very well. The ammo section needs some work. If you accidentally record too much for an ammo category there is no way to correct it you can’t edit the original quantity . The inventory adjustment does not take negative numbers which would fix the problem. Lowering by using the “use” transaction type would skew reporting.

### 3/5 — iCloud synching

*2025-09-08*

Ok I installed this on my iPhone and iPad. I added all my firearms to the app on my iPad. I then purchased the premium features based on the description that says it does cross device sync. I see that the data has been copied to the cloud but I'm not seeing anything show up on my iPhone. I checked to make sure that the purchase is showing on the iPhone app and it is. Is there anything I need to do to get the data to start synching?

### 3/5 — Frustrated

*2024-10-09, version 2.2.1*

Purchased the premium option to export lists and can not get this function to work?
Otherwise it’s a decent app and serves its intended purpose.

### 4/5 — Accessories

*2024-08-26, version 2.2.1*

There is no place I can find for listing accessories. Other than that it’s a good app

### 3/5 — Needs more features

*2022-11-24, version 2.2.1*

I have this app on my iPad because it’s easier to enter the data for each weapon on there for me. However I would like to be able to sync the info to my phone so when I’m at my local gun shop I can access the info like how many boxes of a particular ammo o have. Also I could show the dealer a photo of my gun if I wanted to trade it without having to bring it in. I also have this on a older iPad that will soon be obsolete and I do not want to reenter all the information again on a new one. Please fix this gun vault

### 3/5 — Just okay

*2022-10-20, version 2.2.1*

The app itself is okay. The UI is a little clunky. The worst part about it is that the notes section is only visible when in the edit screen. Because their is no spots for a maintenance log or a round count, the notes section is really your only option. The worst part overall is the extra fee you pay for export abilities. The export does not include the notes section, which is probably the most important part. Was a pretty big waste of money. Would also be nice if you could use the iCloud to sink info from iPad to iPhone. Really you can make a much better log in sheets.

### 3/5 — Gun Vault

*2021-02-22, version 2.2.1*

Great app for gun inventory but I wish it had a tab or category for where the guns are stored

### 4/5 — Picture

*2021-02-15, version 2.2.1*

I would like to edit a photo after I put it in the app.

### 4/5 — Missing link

*2020-12-13, version 2.2.1*

I really like this app. It is very easy to use and the entry for each firearm is easy. I would like 1 more category and that would be “accessories “. I could enter holsters, magazines, loaders, cleaners and other related items.

### 4/5 — Decent

*2020-10-08, version 2.2.1*

This is the best app I have come across so far. I enjoy it and I find my self consistently using it. However, my biggest complaint which may not be that big to some others is how everything is sorted. When entering in my ammunition if it’s not done all in the same Caliber it will not be grouped together. Example: I enter in some 12Ga then 20Ga and then maybe .357 and then back to 12Ga. The 12Ga will not be moved to the 12Ga it will be all in order how it’s entered. If you could make it so we could categorize by the caliber this would be a awesome app (even if you make it so it’s included in the purchase, I’d definitely buy it then) thanks.

### 4/5 — Nice app

*2020-08-20, version 2.2.1*

Does as advertised, no real issues. If I had to say something negative... it would be the theme color. Would be nice to have a choice.

I would also recommend grouping for ammo. Example... 12 gauge as a group then be able to go into that group and see the different types I have for that group. Just a thought.

Still over all a good App

### 3/5 — Bug..

*2020-05-05*

Just got this app today..Very cool app that captures all necessary information..unfortunately, there is a bug that caused the app to shut itself down after hours of inputting information which it did not save, even though I hit save after each entry..Very disappointing

### 4/5 — Decent app

*2020-02-03, version 2.2.1*

It’s ok could use a few more features or fields. Such as barrel length and a disposition section.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Worthless

*2021-04-23, version 2.2.1*

This is junk because it will not allow you to enter more than one gun. Once you have entered one, there is no way to enter another gun. Or if there is, you are not told how to do it. So, it is worthless!

### 1/5 — Hmmm?

*2020-09-01, version 2.2.1*

Not real popular, is it?

### 1/5 — This app is crippled!

*2020-06-30, version 2.2.1*

There is no place for a barrel length.
The date manufactured and date purchased default to the current date and cannot be changed, even with edit.
After data entry there is no readily apparent way to log out which negates any security!

This app is a “swing and a miss”! :(

### 1/5 — Question

*2019-10-06, version 2.2.1*

How do I delete pictures/guns?

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2018-02-09, version 1.3*

I have the paid version. I added one gun then I tried to add other guns which it allows but I can’t add any other information.

### 2/5 — Export not working

*2025-01-11, version 2.2.1*

Purchased the export add on but it doesn’t seem to work on my iPhone. It shows a file and allows me to choose an email address but it doesn’t allow me to send the email. Any help?

### 2/5 — Print ??

*2024-02-24, version 2.2.1*

I like everything about this app except I can’t get it to print. I purchased the export option thinking that would be to export to print but to no avail Evidently I’m going to have to export via email to be able to print.

### 2/5 — Print ??

*2024-02-08*

I like everything about this app except I can’t get it to print. I purchased the export option thinking that would be to export to print but to no avail Evidently I’m going to have to export via email to be able to print.

### 2/5 — Print ??

*2024-02-04*

I like everything about this app except I can’t get it to print. I purchased the export option thinking that would be to export to print but to no avail
Evidently I’m going to have to export via email to be able to print.

### 2/5 — Major flaw, info entered in “notes” wont display after saved

*2021-12-25*

Spent time entering information in the “notes” section such as optics and accessories and the history of some heirloom firearms only to find that “notes” do not display on the record unless you go back into “edit” on that firearm.
Notes dont export with the files.
Major flaw, gave up and will try another app.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback. Version 4.0.2 addresses the issue with the note text.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app / Great value

*2026-01-09*

Great database app to keep track of your pew pews and accessories. Even keeps track of range sessions and cleanings. THIS APP IS AN AMAZING VALUE compared to similar apps that charge a subscription. It has a clean UI and syncs data across IOS devices.

### 5/5 — Must have app with great support

*2026-01-06, version 5.23.0*

WOW! In my opinion this is an excellent and must have application for any gun or rifle weapon owner who wants to keep track of serial numbers with pictures and other pertinent data including accessories like red dots and lasers. Plus the most important feature is developer responsiveness and desire to improve and add features that I recommended to make this the best program for gun owners. Additionally you can use this app among all of your Apple devices like iPad MacBook and iPhone. I highly recommend this app especially when I compared this app to 3 others that I have and this by far is the best.

### 5/5 — A Really Great App!

*2026-01-03, version 5.21.6*

I’ve tried them all. I’m not gonna name them because I don’t want to call anyone out but I’ve honestly downloaded about 12 different ones and have narrowed it down to 3 including this one. I have been talking to the developer the last couple days and this guy replies right away and is the most open minded and willing to listen developer I’ve talked to yet. It sounds like this app is going to be the one to beat!

### 5/5 — Nice to hide

*2025-11-21, version 5.19.0*

Dam Good Customer Service! I’ve used this app for a few years now and it only gets better. Very easy to use, you can make how you like and if you have any problems they jump on it fast to help out.
The app rocks

### 5/5 — Duplicate Issue

*2025-11-12, version 5.15.3*

I don't know if this posted before, I can't find my first review, so I hope I don't duplicate this review about the duplicate issue. I was having issues with the items in my inventory duplicating themselves. It did this across an iPad and an iPhone. I reached out to the developer and he was extremely helpful in resolving the issue. His responses were almost immediate and worked very hard at resolving this, which it was. I love the app and the features it has. Can't say enough good things.

### 5/5 — iCloud synching *** RESOLVED ***

*2025-09-26, version 5.3.2*

Update - 9/26/25 I can't say enough good about the developer of this app Veliyan. Even though I was pretty much the only one having this issue he doggedly dug in to the problem until the cure was found. That entailed installing beta versions and testing, constant emailing and even some facetiming. This app may not yet have all the features some would like but it suits my purposes pretty close to 100%. Veliyan is constantly in the process of adding more features so be patient and the feature you want will probably end up being in the app.

### 5/5 — Best inventory app

*2021-07-10, version 2.2.1*

This app saves a lot of time and is user friendly. I’ve read some complaints from other users about pics or info headings. With a little imagination, I’ve overcome any minor thing I’ve come across. Like taking your pics ahead of time on your phone, then within the app, simply import them. I also wanted to create a catalog of each gun with pic. You can’t export pics, but if you screen shot, you get everything except Serial Number and price, something you don’t want out there anyway. As far as the csv export, I save it on my laptop as an Excel sheet and you can change or add anything you want.

### 5/5 — 5 Stars for FREE

*2020-07-10, version 2.2.1*

The app does exactly what it says. This is a great way to catalogue your collection. I’d be happy to pay for the following updates/upgrades:

Ability to customize Folders.
Rearrange photos. See a complete view of your collection via photos. Ability to title photos with text.

It would also be nice to see a little more texture involved with the app. Its nice that its simple, but the colors are a bit drab. Having some more depth would add more interest for people to open the app. Whatever you do, DO NOT allow ads to be involved. I will have to delete the app if I ever see an ad pop up.

### 5/5 — Nice

*2020-03-06, version 2.2.1*

Easy to use, an app every gun owner needs.

### 5/5 — Simple and works well

*2019-02-09, version 2.2.1*

Have been using this for a couple of weeks to catalog my collection. It is easy to use and has all the info that I would want to catalog.
The only suggestion (not complaint!) would be to add a field for number of magazines. Magazines are a pricy accessory and something I’d like to keep track of. This is easily done in the “notes” field...but a dedicated field would be nice.
