This game makes it look like I’ve never played before. After level 26, there’s only been maybe 3 levels I’ve beaten first try with no shuffles. There’s literally puzzle after puzzle that is actually impossible to beat without shuffling, sometimes not even then. Do not believe the people who are giving this app any stars above 1. It's riddled with ads, but hey don't worry! If you pay $4 A MONTH you don't have to see them! Like what?? Then, practically every level gives you "no valid matches" and forced you to either restart (only to again get no valid matches??) or use up a shuffle. Oh but again do NOT worry! You can pay a ton of money to get a handful of them!!! :) Basically, micro transaction city here. I love mahjong, but after about level 10 it’s literally impossible to win without either buying reshuffles or watching an ad. Even the most basic levels are designed to have you fail so you’ll pay money for extra help. Another scam-making you pay for options while there is no financial benefit. ### 1/5 — Gets worse the farther you level up. *2026-05-16* I wish that I was joking when I said the more you play, the worse it gets in terms of unable to pass a level without watching a bunch of ads. I’m at 173 and it’s continuously “no valid matches”. I had to watch 5 ads just to pass 172. It’s different when you have to watch one once a game. But once you hit a certain level it’s like they made it so you have to pay to get rid of the ads. I’m over it.
