IF YOU CANCEL DURING THE TRIAL PERIOD THEY WILL STILL BILL YOU WITH NO WAY TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY FORM OF CONTACT PLEASE BE AWARE THEY ARE HOLDING MY FINANCIAL INFORMATION HOSTAGE THERE IS NO WHERE FOR ME TO SEE IT AND TO REMOVE IT FROM THEIR PLATFORM Update: They’ll comment to email them but will never respond to the multiple emails you send that email address. I’ve been billed outside of Apple subscriptions it was the first place I checked and it doesn’t exist. BEWARE THEY ARE HOLDING YOUR CARD DETAILS ON FILE. I was forced to cancel my card and file a chargeback as it’s impossible to reach them and again, they’ve billed me outside of Apple subscriptions and outside of their own website. Read the other reviews the story is the same one on repeat. ### 1/5 — no cancellation/refund tab in this app *2026-08-12, version 4.6.6* i got the free trial on accident via the website and it never showed up on my subscription tab, i thought it would be the free trial and that's it since i never really used it but i check my banking app and it said that there was a pending transaction from this app, i checked the app to say that i do in fact have a premium subscription in which i have not known about, and when i wanted to refund it i couldn't find any cancellation/refunding option anywhere on the app, i have contacted the support team though i have not gotten any response yet and i had to freeze my card to prevent the transaction from going through since i couldn't turn off e-commerce due to the pending transaction, and i have yet to receive any response to my emails. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2026-08-11* Really simple VPN to use.
