เป็นการใช้แอพที่งงมาก ปกติเวลาที่กดเลือกได้ควรเป็น available time slot ไม่ใช่ให้ไปนัดกันเอง แล้วมากด เสียเวลา เสียตัง เสียสติมากค่ะ

คือแอพไอเดียดีนะ แต่แจ้งกับทางแอดมินไปหลายรอบมาก ว่าแอพมีปัญหา ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ไม่แจ้งเตือน (Andriod) แอพค้าง เด้งออก โทร ไม่ได้ยินเสียง จอค้าง ค้างแล้ว ค้างอีก ทำให้เสียเวลาทั้ง 2 ฝ่าย เอาจริงๆ ควรจะปรับปรุงให้ดีกว่านี้อีกมาก หัก% ค่าสอนไปแล้ว ควรจะนำส่วนตรงนั้นไปพัฒนาให้แอพดีขึ้นค่ะเพื่อ keep ทั้งผู้เรียนและผู้สอนให้อยากใช้แอพต่อไปเรื่อยๆ เห็นมี feedback มาเยอะมาก แต่แอพไม่ได้เปลี่ยนเลย เปิดมานานแล้วนะคะ รบกวนทีเถอะค่ะ

รู้สึกผิดหวังกับ application และนโยบายไม่คืนเงินมากค่ะ ส่วนตัวแอพล่ม สะดุดบ่อย จอดีเลย์ ใส่หูฟังเรียนไปก็ไม่ได้อีกเพราะเสียงไม่เข้า เรียนนอกบ้านไม่ได้เลย แต่บริษัทมีนโยบายไม่คืนเงิน ส่วนตัวคิดว่าควรจะมีนโยบายที่จริงใจกับลูกค้ามากกว่านี้ค่ะ ถ้าแอพมีปัญหาเยอะขนาดนี้แล้วคนไม่รู้เติมเงินเข้าไปเพราะมั่นใจว่าแอพจะดี แล้วมีเงินในระบบอยู่ก็ควรคืนเงินค่ะ
