## What is Gurukkul?

Ever since its inception, Gurukkul of Surgical Disciplines has been on a mission to “reach” and “teach” every medical student, budding surgeon, postgraduate and trainee in surgery from across the world.

“For the students, By the students and of the students”, Gurukkul provides a stimulating learning environment to instil compassion in each budding surgeon or a doctor, prepare them for various examinations (NEET PG/ MS/DNB/MRCS), achieve excellence and success throughout their medical career and life in general.

Gurukkul of Surgical Disciplines is an online medical education platform with a difference. It combines cutting edge videos from experts in the field covering all the aspects of surgical education featuring lectures, demonstration of clinical signs, clinical case presentations and discussion, approach to a case, ward rounds, operative videos, hands-on workshops, regular live webinars with distinguishes surgeons and so on… This platform helps to keep one’s knowledge updated about the recent guidelines, understand the subject and learn evidence-based management of any case.
