Devo sempre lavorare da pc. Oggi ho perso lavoro per colpa di tutti questi problemi e probabilmente riceverò delle cattive recensioni e dei feedback negativi, perché ho avuto delle prenotazioni non notificate. E per di più se cancello mi verrebbero date delle penalità… Non va bene, se volete essere seri e severi con chi ci lavora siate voi i primi a comportarvi da professionisti. ### 3/5 — Muy práctica hasta la versión anterior *2025-09-26, version 2.2.13* Hicieron una actualización en la que se perdió la facilidad de buscar por fecha y ver los horarios desde la primer pantalla ### 3/5 — Dani *2025-09-16, version 2.2.13* Es buena, pero yo ahora la uso como plataforma complementaria a otras para anunciarme, últimamente se está moviendo peligrosamente hacía ser el "glovo" de los guías. Si las condiciones del guía se vuelven muy precarias, la calidad de los tours se ve afectada. Por una parte, me cobran 123€ por cada 50 adultos que vienen, unos 360€ al mes en mi caso, por otro lado cualquier reseña que no sea de 5 estrellas que es la puntuación máxima te resta puntuación y además te resta más de la que sumas asique necesitas varías reseñas al máximo para recuperar, al asistente la reseña de 4 estrellas que le aparece como "mejor de lo que esperaba" y piensan que te apoyan pero en realidad te resta puntuación. Al final eso premia dar los máximos tours posibles para recuperar puntuación de prestigio y para poder rentabilizar económicamente. ### 4/5 — No saved options *2025-08-13, version 2.2.9* I really love this app and I have used it in different countries. The same day I downloaded, I started receiving promotional emails. I don’t like that. There is no option to remove or unsubscribe to promotional emails. It shows all the walking tours a city offers, and you can book directly through the app. I’m not sure why the ratings are so low, because I’ve only had great experiences with it! They have a website that I haven’t really bothered with. Nonetheless, I travelled all around Europe with this app in the summer. Some guides were a bit boring, others amazing. I never had any issues with the app and any issues with any tours were as a result of the guide themselves. However, a lot of companies seem to vet guides and build up a profile with rotating people on the same tour, so they’re more professional than I originally assumed. Paying 5-10€ for 2 hours of entertainment didn’t seem horrible to me compared to the $150 I spent on a 3 hour tour of the colosseum with some dude I couldn’t understand.
