Today it was an issue - we ordered 3 coffees on the app and my partner stood in the store for 40mins waiting before I thought that this time frame was strange even for a Saturday morning (and it was a busy one), only to find my order had been refunded without notification, text or phone call due to something being out of stock? Obviously it’s very frustrating to be standing in a store for coffees that are never coming - if we had have known sooner we would have ordered inside and changed the order if required but because we waited so long we just left, upset and uncaffeinated. ### 5/5 — 5 Stars all the way! *2023-10-20, version 10.11.1* The Gus’s App is the best thing since sliced bread!
