Llevo varias compras como ATH que está vinculada a la cuenta y no me dan los gcredits

Hice una compra de un regalo por cosas de la vida tenía un email que ya no utilizo y no lo pude recibir. Llevo dos días tratando de comunicarme con servicio al cliente por email para que me ayuden. Y aún estoy esperando por su ayuda. Otra cosa es que cuando tratas de cambiar tu contraseña por que se me olvido el link que te envían no sirve. Ya eh tratado todas las maneras y aún sigo en el mismo problema. Necesitan un mejor servicio al cliente para q las personas como yo tengan la tranquilidad de que se está trabajando para mejorar y ayudar la persona con el problema.

The app doesn’t have the option to sign in with google or Facebook. My account is linked with Facebook and I couldn’t sign in.

Este app tiene tantos glitches que aveces prefiero usar Safari y entrar directo a gustazos.com que esperar a que le de la gana de funcionar.

Great app, great offers, however, I hate the fact that  if you actually need a refund of something it is with credits, not every body want credits for refund because we didn’t hesitate to spend our money with you guys. 

I booked a deal from the website for my anniversary and it turns out in a disappointment. I requested a refund from the place we booked the deal and I was told to contact Gustazos for that matter, and only to my surprise, I was told that refund is in gustazos credits, when I could have gotten back my money to do something else constructive and end my anniversary festive. 

 At this very moment I’m writing my review I haven’t gotten anything back. I’m so disappointed ☹️ and this was from February 2020.
