Bad: requires ad-tech before app will start up and work at all (devs: specifically base 1Blocker gets the app stuck with “No Internet Connection” error), doesn’t allow for modern payment methods via Apple Pay or accessing my Apple wallet for more secure payment storage, experience is pretty kludgy for an end user as the layout is very “restaurant ticket” shaped. ### 1/5 — Cannot add payment to gusto! app *2024-04-30, version 1.3* Very inconvenient ### 1/5 — Error when scanning receipts *2023-10-19* I keep getting an error when scanning my receipts stating that they can’t find my receipt and will let me know when they do. This is off because I’m literally scanning the barcode! I’ve even tried entering the bar the number. Each receipt us about $40+ because I’m a family of 4. Not sure what to do and I don’t want to keep holding onto these receipts. ### 1/5 — Multiple issues *2023-08-01* Apple Pay not supported Scanning barcode from receipt requires location?! Turning location on then scanning receipt gives error about not finding receipt. ### 1/5 — can’t migrate, no help offered *2023-03-10* Downloaded the app, tried to migrate and it says my email and phone number are taken. Which, yes, they would be - I’m trying to migrate. Only options on startup screen are “migrate” or “I’m new”. So dead end for me, can’t move on. When staff address you as “friend” you know that they take pride in their job. I was also greeted with a big smile at the window, and Jason was very accommodating. He showed me how to download the app and scan my receipt so that I could begin earning freebies. Thank you Jason for your great customer service and thank you Bobby Bryde for choosing the right people to represent your store! ### 5/5 — First visit *2024-06-16* I stopped Gusto’s Tucker, GA, for the first time, and it was terrific. I placed a drive-through order. The drive-through area was clean. The drive-through attendant spoke, understood what I ordered, and asked detailed questions. Customer service five plus. Pick-up was easy. I had the half-and-half jerk shrimp and the cajun sweet potato chips with a mango limade. This was my first time, and it was amazing. I will be back.
