## What is GutCheck AI?

GutCheck AI is a private space for recording everyday gut observations at your own pace.

Save a check-in using simple Bristol-pattern labels. Keep what matters in a personal Timeline, then revisit an observation window that summarizes only the entries you chose to save. It is not a health assessment.
