Ask it to pause a supplement or put a phase on hold, and your plan updates with a note telling you what changed and how to undo it. Also in this version: Supplements timed "with meals" now show up in what to take now. Foods to include and avoid are readable rows instead of cramped tags. The Supplements tab no longer lists the same item twice. Check-in is one tap, and shows how your Gut Vitality moved and in which direction. Sign-in codes can be resent after 30 seconds instead of a minute.
