I have learned a lot from using GutFix and the AI ‘Gutty’ . The app has become incredibly flexible and it’s not limited to Gut health. I like to tweak my plan to get recommendations on various health concerns I would like to tackle. This allows me to set my preferred order and do things one at a time. When you focus on gut health, the generated protocol is already in a very systematic order that is backed by Kieran’s experience! Overall I highly recommend giving this a shot!
