I was injured when elevator closed on my forearms causing skin to be torn off. Rodrigo Dominguez was  right there to administer first aid cleaning wound and wrapping it in bandages . He was very kind, ,excellent person very grateful for his help. Albert fox

Santiago Alvarado Hernandez and Jose Alfredo Kumul Camal made my stay at the Royal Hecinends the best ever. Always ready to help. Great attitudes and pleasant personalities. Great guys!!
