Als Guuru bekommt man leider auch Hater/Neider Bewertungen (0 Sterne) gegen die man sich nicht wehren kann. Es wäre schön wenn man diese melden könnte, sodass eine Überprüfung stattfindet. ### 2/5 — Eigentlich gut aber *2024-07-03, version 2.5.6* Ich bin Guuru und bisher auch zufrieden, jedoch verstehe ich oft die Verwertung nicht. Hab 2 Tage lang eine 4,8. dann gibt mir ein Kunde 0 Sterne, da ehr über 15 Minuten nicht geantwortet hat, ich den Chat geschlossen hatte mit Verweis wieder zu kommen. Dann fällt meine Bewertung direkt auf 4,6. ich habe sehr viele Bewertungen. Da ist das System nicht sehr transparent.hab das Gefühl das da eine Spam bei sind, die einem extra 0 Sterne geben. Melden kann man da kaum und für uns Guurus gibt es keinen Supportchat. Nicht gerade motivierend… zudem kommt oft ne Anfrage, die mir dann direkt angezeigt wird, jedoch direkt weitergeleitet wird an einen anderen Guuru. Keine 1-2 Minuten hat man Zeit zu reagieren! ### 5/5 — Kundensupport *2024-05-31, version 2.5.5* Super Möglichkeit für den 1:1 Austausch und Fragen durch Expertise schnell und unkompliziert zu beantworten. ### 1/5 — Null Support *2023-07-20, version 2.4.6* Also mal ehrlich, ihr erhofft euch das man seine Zeit und nerven rein steckt und für euch eine gute Reputation aufbaut aber erbringt nichts als Gegenleistung. Ich erhalte regelmäßig Spam Chats und bekomme 0 Sterne, dies ruiniert das Rating was man sich versucht mühselig aufzubauen. Wenn man diese Meldet passiert von eurer Seite aus nichts, ich würde mir mal ein bisschen mehr Wertschätzung wünschen und n paar Leute die da drüber schauen und ggf. Die Chats dann aus dem Rating nehmen. Zum aktuellen stand wunderts mich nicht das eure Zahlen schlechter werden. ### 5/5 — Besser :) *2023-04-21, version 2.4.3* Mit den neuesten Updates alles super und übersichtlich ### 5/5 — Seit Update ist die App auf dem ohne Funktion *2023-03-10, version 2.4.0* Nichts geht mehr. Kann keine Anfrage beantworten; App stürzt jedes Mal ab. Mehrfache Nachfrage beim hilflosen Kundenservice (Lisa) vergeblich. Schade! So wird man qualifizierte und motivierte Guurus los! ### 4/5 — Gute App mit Verbesseungsmöglichkeiten *2022-11-01, version 2.3.8* Ich nutze die App für Contorion.de. Wenn mir im Chat innerhalb eines Textes eine Artikelnummer gesendet wird, kann ich nicht nur diese Nummer kopieren, sondern muss den ganzen Text kopieren und dann in einer anderen App z.B. Notizen die Nummer selektiert kopieren. Ich würde mir wünschen wenn ich in der App Selektiert Kopieren kann, um z.B Artikelnummern nachschlagen zu können. ### 1/5 — Schlechte Erreichbarkeit und lohnt sich nicht *2022-10-31, version 2.3.8* Ich rate von der App ab. Bei allgemeinen Fragen (also nicht zur Community) bekommt man keinen Kontakt, der einem weiterhelfen kann. Die Guruu-E-Mail-Adresse wurde mit Verweis auf den Chat inaktiv geschaltet. "Toll", wenn man dann auf seine Mail nur eine automatisierte Nachricht bekommt, dass man sich an den Chat wenden soll... Beim Chat sitzen aber nur Experts für Produktfragen. 🙄 Und die Idee Kundenanfragen gegen Bezahlung zu bearbeiten mag sich ja schön anhören, ist aber nicht ausgereift, wenn die Anfragen im Schnitt nach ca. 5 Sekunden verfallen sind, weil sie bereits ein anderer Expert angenommen hat (oft reicht nicht mal die Zeit zum Lesen der Anfrage aus). Wer sich also bei geöffneter App auf die Lauer legen und jede Anfrage blind annehmen möchte (oder so viel Expertenwissen hat, dass er es kann - die Fragen sind meistens sehr spezifisch), der ist hier richtig. Wer nur in seiner Freizeit Kunden bei Produkten einer Marke, die er toll findet weiterhelfen möchte kann sich das Ganze getrost sparen. Da ist nichts zu holen.
