Multiple orders missed because of payment bugs or issues with checkout **Developer response:** Hola JABrown524 👋! Sorry you are having issues with orders via the GYG app. Firstly I can see from this review you are on version 6.3.1, we are now 7.1.0 and have fixed many payment issues between the release you are on to the one we have out now so please try updating your app to the latest version and try again! On the missing items, please use the contact us via the My GYG section of the app and let our team know what is missing. ### 2/5 — App doesn't work *2025-05-17* At first, the app was giving me reward points unlimitedly. When I brought it to the attention of the company now my account is blocked and I can't order any food. I never intended to take advantage of this. They also left DoorDash so it’s near impossible to place delivery orders. It keeps saying “oops something went wrong” no matter how many times I try. Also signing up was a pain with the number verification.
