I have been ordering online with the app several times, this time I ordered lunch and ordered the pastrami sandwich, and there are no required fields to enter to order it so I ordered as is. I received basically a grilled cheese with meat and no lettuce, no sauce, no other ingredients. $15 for a sandwich that doesn’t even look like the photo is a bit insane.

The app is not very functional. You can’t add the same customizations that you can in-store and it pops up with weird messages about sandwich availability that don’t make sense.

One of the best places to enjoy a cup of coffee in Morgan Hill. Outstanding service.
