Bought 24hrs public transport ticket for €10. It does not work and asked bus driver this ticket only for transpor station in Amsterdam. The filter for GVB only is not intuitive to find in the app. I wasted €10 for 24 transit that I didn’t actually need, on top of the train tickets I then had to purchase. Not a great welcome to travellers. ### 1/5 — Wrong dated tickets given *2025-12-23, version 2.20.0* We had bought 4 tickets on the 23rd for 72 hours pass until the 26th of December through GVB but they gave us tickets from the 26th December 12 o’clock which is the day we leave Amsterdam. We tried to contact through email and WhatsApp as well as GVB ticket customer service but there was no help given to sort this situation out. I spent 86 Euros for these tickets to end up not being able to use them to travel. We are very frustrated because we spend money to travel and we can’t do that without a solution to this issue, which right now is not being given. On trams they don’t wait for you to slowly scan again and again so you either leave the tram without checking out or you miss your stop. It’s a stupid thing.
