Golden Valley Electric Association (GVEA) has been providing electric service to Interior Alaska since 1946. GVEA serves nearly 100,000 Interior residents including the communities of Fairbanks, Delta Junction, Nenana, Healy and Cantwell. App doesn’t allow users to choose an amount to pay so we can get ahead of electric bill! Times out too fast. Constantly logs users out while in use. Unnecessary demands for users to login violates ADA. Easier to go online & login or just go to GVEA in person-IF you can ever find anyone in their Delta Junction, Alaska office! ### 1/5 — The Worst APP/Horrible Company *2023-04-10* Since the change over GVEA has done, my bills are 150 dollars more each month. I can’t get into the app to freaking pay! I have to create a new password every time I log in. The app crashes!
