App crashes. App doesn’t allow users to choose an amount to pay so we can get ahead of electric bill! Times out too fast. Constantly logs users out while in use. Unnecessary demands for users to login violates ADA. Easier to go online & login or just go to GVEA in person-IF you can ever find anyone in their Delta Junction, Alaska office!

Since the change over GVEA has done, my bills are 150 dollars more each month. I can’t get into the app to freaking pay! I have to create a new password every time I log in.  The app crashes! We need another company!
