## What is GVM?

GVEMS — Gujarat Vidyapith Event Management System

GVEMS is the official event management app of Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad. It brings your event information, schedule, digital entry pass, hospitality details, notifications, documents, and other important event services together in one place.

GVEMS is designed for registered participants attending events organised by Gujarat Vidyapith.

HOW GVEMS WORKS

Sign in using your registered mobile number and a one-time password (OTP). Participant accounts are created by the event organisers, so you can access event information relevant to your registration.

KEY FEATURES

Event Schedule
View the complete event programme, session timings, venues, and other schedule details. Stay informed about what is happening and when.

Digital QR Entry Pass
Access your personal QR code for quick and contactless event check-in. Your digital pass means you don't need to carry a paper entry pass.

Notifications
Receive important announcements, event updates, reminders, schedule changes, and other information shared by the organisers.

Hospitality
View details related to your event arrangements, including accommodation, meals, and transportation, when provided by the organisers.
