### 1/5 — Die App ist absoluter Müll

Ich habe mir von der App versprochen per Handy mit meiner Videoanlage zu kommunizieren. Dies schafft die App nicht zuverlässig. Wenn ich schätzen müsste, würde ich sagen Ausfallquote 70 %. Oft kann sie keine Verbindung aufbauen, oder es bleibt das Bild stehen nach 2 Sekunden, oder der Ton wird nicht übertragen, oder der Türöffner reagiert nicht. Wenn ich es mir recht überlege leg die Auswahlquote eher bei 90 %… Übelste Programmierung. Wenn ich das eher gewusst hätte, wäre das ein Grund für mich gewesen, die gesamte Anlage nicht zu kaufen.

Ich kann die Bewertungen nur bestätigen. 
Die Anlage funktioniert im Haus per Netzwerkkabel einwandfrei, aber die App ist eine Zumutung.
Das Bild welches angezeigt wird wenn man auf die Türkamera zugreift ist alt und wird erst nach erneutem Aufruf der Kamera aktualisiert.
Das Livevideo läuft quasi in Zeitlupe obwohl Signalstärke 100% angezeigt wird.
Ton im Video gibt es nur wenn jemand klingelt, dann ist die Qualität sehr schlecht.
Greift man auf die Kamera zu ohne das jemand geklingelt hat gibt es keinen Ton.
Wohlgemerkt, an den Wohnungsstationen funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Aber die App kann man vergessen.

Hallo liebe Leser und Leserinnen, ich habe im Jahr 2023 mein Haus hochwertig gebaut und habe keine Kosten und Mühen gescheut. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Marke GVS die beste unter den Anbietern ist. Dieses habe ich einbauen lassen. Ich habe ständig und die Betonung liegt auf ständig Probleme mit dieser Anlage. mal ist das offline mal funktioniert der Türöffner und mal nicht. Dann zu schweigen von Mikrofon und der Gegensprechanlage. Dieser tut vom ersten Tag an nicht. Kundensupport? Vergiss es. Ich warte seit zwei Monaten auf eine Rückmeldung von der Hotline. Diese Anlage sollte mir eine gewisse Sicherheit und Komfort bieten, was von beidem sehr viel zu wünschen übrig ist. Ich kann euch nur empfehlen. Wollt ihr Kosten und Zeit und Nerven sparen und schonen dann bleibt von dieser Marke einfach soweit ihr könnt fern.

Insgesamt ist die Anlage gut und es funktioniert nahezu einwandfrei. Ab und zu schaltet sich die Anlage offline und man kann es relativ schnell wieder aktivieren. 
Das einzige was nervig ist, ist der Klingelton der App. Habe iPhone und habe bis jetzt noch nicht rausgefundenen wie man den Ton ändern kann.

Die App ist an sich soweit gut und funktioniert auch gut. Die letzte Zeit wenn jemand klingelt gibt es immer das selbe Bild was schon älter ist und auch schon längst gelöscht worden ist. Denke das es irgend ein Fehler ist der mal durch Update behoben werden sollte. Bringt ja alles nichts wenn man nicht sieht wer geklingelt hat wenn man unterwegs ist.
