Why has it been 6 years since this app has been updated? The app and website needs to be updated badly. This is 2026. What is going on? And can we have the ability to request a benefits card through the mail. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Please do something, this is ridiculous.

I’ve been trying to open the freaking app for months on my iPhone. I get to the splash screen for a fraction of a second, then it crashes and disappears.  Keep up the good work folks.
