I’ve been a longtime customer of GVTC and for the amount of money we pay for all of the services on our property, it would be nice to have a functioning app to rely on to turn on/off WiFi access to members of the family. It crashes all the time and is super glitchy. I will turn off wifi access to a device and never be able to turn access back on again unless I remove and rename every device again. It’s a mess. Right now it’s just spiraling saying my entire network is down, when clearly it is on and functioning. ### 1/5 — So many problems *2026-06-05, version 26.1.1* This app has so many problems: it won’t show all the devices that are connected, control over the WiFi is no longer working, and I am unable to remove any of the devices that are connected. It seriously needs a better update and it needs to be continuously monitored.
