Now I have devices that I can not get internet access on. My son is very unhappy about is video game console being “stuck” w/o internet access. I went through GVTC and they tried everything on there end with no resolution. It seems to be an app to router issue. This app needs immediate attention! It seriously needs a better update and it needs to be continuously monitored. Devices will randomly disappear from the list of devices, or the entire list itself will be gone. Extremely satisfied with all GVTC services to date. Glad we made the change. We have had no disruption of service since we got set up. GVTC is fiber optic VS Spectrum coax cable. It crashes all the time. I turned some devices off…now I can’t turn them back on. The app simply will not work. Have reinstalled, tried on different devices with no luck at all. Good to see the usage per device and ability to “pause/stop”. So bumping from 1 star to 4: waiting a few more months to see if app continue to be stable. @GVTCEngineering team: continue the work, great improvements. One thing which will be a nice addition will be a view of any outages / history. Even if internet at home is busted, iPhone will continue to work on cellular plan and being able to see outages will be a plus. [original review] Just recently signed up for GVTC : technician that came was great but the app to manage wifi is just bad! If you try to see any of the device connected to your network, good luck since the app just crash EVERYTHING single time. GVTC fix that ASAP : looks like it is a well know problem but you guys don’t bother fixing it. ### 3/5 — Things Section Crashes App *2022-08-15, version 22.3.0* If you try to sort the things section in any other way it immediately crashes the app. Also, the things list is limited and truncates the list of devices at 18. Please update the app to not truncate the device count and fix the sorting option. ### 2/5 — Yikes *2026-06-09, version 26.1.1* This app is a mess. I’ve been a longtime customer of GVTC and for the amount of money we pay for all of the services on our property, it would be nice to have a functioning app to rely on to turn on/off WiFi access to members of the family. It crashes all the time and is super glitchy. I will turn off wifi access to a device and never be able to turn access back on again unless I remove and rename every device again. It’s a mess. Right now it’s just spiraling saying my entire network is down, when clearly it is on and functioning. ### 2/5 — App crashes *2021-03-24, version 20.2.1* Last update was 8 months ago. There have been some significant updates with Apple and the app keeps crashing after opening.
