Z toho důvodu jen 2 hvězdy, protože neplní to, co potřebuju. ### 4/5 — Tut exakt was es soll *2025-01-12* Ich nutze die App seit mindestens 10 Jahren und bin gerne bereit, die Abogebühr dafür zu zahlen. Ich finde die App großartig, da sie sehr reduziert ist (und genau die vielen Zusatzfunktionen der Büro-Version nicht hat) und insbesondere mit den in unseren Unternehmen geltenden Datenschutzregeln konform geht („keine Ablage von Dienstmails auf privaten Geräten“). Da innerhalb der App zunächst nur die Header der Mails abgerufen abgerufen und keine Maildaten auf dem lokalen Client gespeichert werden - gehe ich aus der App raus, sind die Daren wieder weg. Wunderbar. Und sie ist schnell und erzeugt kaum traffic. Reicht zum mobilen Mailckeck auch bei schlechtem Netz (und das ist mein gängiger use case) vollkommen aus. Für den Rest gibt es die Webaccess-Anwendung von Groupwise. Die App wird gut und regelmäßig gepflegt. Allerdings hat Groupwise 2024 eine vollkommen überrissene neue Webanwendung aufgesetzt, die vermutlich ein erneutes Update der App erfordert. Bestimmte Mails werden in der GW-App nun nicht mehr angezeigt. Es gibt in diesen Fällen nur die Headline, aber ein leeres Inhaltsfeld und auch keine Funktionstasten (Ungelesen, Löschen, …) mehr. Ich konnte bisher allerdings noch nicht rausfinden, welchen Mailtyp es genau betrifft und ob die betroffenen Mails irgendeine Besonderheit aufweisen. Weil ich dachte ich müsste die Zahlung noch mal aktivieren. Dem ist wohl nicht so. Ich kann die Mails einfach nicht mehr öffnen, obwohl laut Verwaltung mein Abo ende September 2024 ausläuft. ### 2/5 — Why do I have to pay to get my work email? *2023-06-01, version 10.2* I downloaded this app so that I could get my work email on my phone. When I got through the setup it told me there was a subscription fee required. Why am I having to pay to get my work email? It actually says that it is for business so why do individuals have to pay? Shouldn’t that be covered by the business that “owns” the email? I’m very disappointed. ### 2/5 — Weiterleiten von Emails funktioniert nicht *2023-02-16* Einigermaßen brauchbarer GW-Client, der allerdings viele Funktionen des Windows-Clients vermissen lässt. Leider funktioniert das weiterleiten von Emails nicht. Der Weiterleiten-Button schafft zwar eine neue Mail mit dem entsprechenden Betreff, aber der Inhalt der weiterzuleitenden Mail fehlt. Bitte in nächstem Update korrigieren. Sonst fliegt diese App raus - diese Minimalfunktionalität muss für das Geld schon sein. ### 2/5 — Groupwise *2022-11-23* Eigentlich eine sehr gute App. Das Problem ist das ich nach jedem 5. mal ca. Rausgeworfen werde. Jede zweite Mail wird von einer Fehlermeldung begleitet und Anhänge kann man teilweise gar nicht sehen oder selbst anhängen. Benachrichtigungen bekomme ich gar nicht, obwohl ich dafür alle Vorkehrungen getroffen habe. Leider hat das Programm keine Lust sich mit dem Server zu verbinden, faselt was von Zeitüberschreitung und das war’s. It ties in with our server seamlessly. Ghost Pattern Support is the greatest. Very responsive to our questions, suggestions, and the rare issues that might pop up. Typically, we receive response within 1 day of contact. So I type a response and the individual I send it to had a blank response. Lets me color code, I can use it on both my phone and desktop, allows me to post repeating activities,etc. Probably there’s a bunch of other stuff that I don’t know about. It's easy to see that the developer put a lot of time and care into the UI and UX. The functionality is superior in every way to the webaccess web app, and you get the added bonus of it running as a native iPhone app with push notifications. The app receives regular updates and speedy bug fixes.
