## What is GWD Chat?

GWD Chat is a live-chat platform by Graphic Web Design, Inc. It puts your website's chat inbox in your pocket, so the moment a visitor wants to talk, you're there. You can train your auto responses so those critical first seconds when you need to immediately engage a customer or prospect don't go answered.

BE THERE THE INSTANT A CHAT STARTS
• Push alerts for new chats and new messages, with distinct per-brand notification sounds
• A real-time inbox across every brand you answer for
• Live Visitors — see who is browsing right now and invite them to chat

WORK WITH THE BUILT-IN AI ASSISTANT
• The AI assistant answers first when no operator is available — clearly labeled to the visitor
• Step in and take over the conversation at any time
• AI-generated summaries keep long conversations skimmable

RUN YOUR AVAILABILITY YOUR WAY
• Go online or offline in one tap
• Active-hours and quiet-hours schedules per operator
• Transcripts and follow-up emails are handled automatically by the platform

SPLIT TESTING
• Try different greetings, avatars and find out what works best

GWD Chat is for businesses using the GWD Chat service on their websites and the operators who answer for them. An operator account from Graphic Web Design, Inc. is required — sign in with GWD SSO. Push notification permission is suggest: alerting you immediately to incoming chats is the app's core function.
