## What is Gwendal training performance?

Hello!
I'm Gwendal, a tennis coach and strength & conditioning trainer:
I develop tennis players and athletes as a whole, across three areas: on-court technique, physical conditioning and the mental game. The goal: build a healthy athlete for the long term, with preparation specific to their sport — tennis in particular. Every program is individualized and followed over time, for lasting progress at any level.
