Eine App zur Abarbeitung gemeldeter Mieter-Probleme ist prinzipiell eine gute Idee - Allerdings müssten diese dann aber auch bearbeitet werden. Leider ist es bei uns jetzt schon zum Wiederholten Mal vorgekommen, dass ein Ticket ohne Kommentar (und leider auch ohne Lösung) als „gelöst“ markiert wurde.

Die App selbst lässt noch einiges an Optimierungen zu: So scheint die eigentliche App eine embedded Website zu sein - zumindest lässt das Verhalten darauf schließen: teilweise legt sich die Tastatur über Eingabefelder, Kopieren bzw. Einfügen von Texten ist dadurch nicht mehr möglich.
