I had one item lost in the mail and that took FOREVER to sort out. I do like the service, but the time to ship has drastically declined. It takes a week or so for an item to be marked as returned by GB even though I marked it as being returned and shipped it right away. Even then, I have to pay extra if I want to rush my next shipment. Meanwhile, I wait and wait. I do appreciate customer service but it isn’t worth the cost with such a long wait. ### 1/5 — Buggy *2025-02-15, version 1.53.0* App is very buggy. I have to log back in each time I open the app. Some things error out and never load like the Outlet. Sometimes my rack/queue shows there’s nothing in it despite having 30+ items in it. Is this app maintained? It doesn’t feel like it is from the user experience. ### 3/5 — Long time but left *2024-11-12* I was with them from the beginning, had even been grandfathered in on a $35 plan but finally left when it was clear that shipments had slowed down and I’d go a whole month with just ONE outfit. Instead of reliably getting 4-5 outfits every month, it was down to ONE, sometimes two. My plan hadn’t changed but their processing time had. Sometimes I wouldn’t even wear it, (they would send items that were off season or i didn’t like it in person), and it would go back, driven to the post office to make sure it shipped the same day. It would be 3 weeks before I got another item. I stayed for longer than I should have, because I knew if I left that I’d lose the low price but when my husband started asking me questions: where’s your GB? When was the last time you got something you liked? Got something at all? I had to give up. I’ve thought about trying GB again but it’s just too expensive to take the chance on when I feel like odds are it will be the same ### 2/5 — App glitches! Please fix *2022-09-27, version 1.45.0* I have an iPhone and I noticed that this app will consistently glitch and shut down. It happens at various points throughout use. There is also a very long wait time between notifying the company of a return and receiving a replacement item. The companies customer base may be too large for appropriate service. ### 2/5 — App and website are trash….. *2022-08-31, version 1.44.0* I’ve tried for over 2 weeks to update my billing info just so that I can be charged. I’ve used the app and a browser on my phone .. and nothing works. Ive even tried my desktop and iPad. Again, nothing works. Wasting time, and I leave for a trip in 7 days.. and this is why I downloaded it to begin with. ### 5/5 — Great app *2022-08-27, version 1.44.0* I’ve been with GB for many years; it is a great service. This app is fantastic! I love the feature where you scan your return bag in for tracking; new boxes come super fast that way. ### 2/5 — Glitch with “My Closet” in app *2022-08-09, version 1.43.1* Overall pleased with the app. I’ve been with the subscription service since 2015. Just recently, I have not been able to see the “My Closet” tab in my app. I click on it and the app shuts down. Please fix! They took weeks to fill a request, but major changes have occurred and now I’m back baby! ### 4/5 — Love the variety in my closet! *2021-02-03, version 1.36.0* This has been a game changer for me!! I hate wearing the same clothes to work over and over. But I also don’t like to buy clothes that I won’t keep forever. This concept has given me everything I need! New clothes all the time without breaking the bank or stuffing my closet to the brim. And let me tell you about ALL THE COMPLIMENTS!! I am very quick about turning around my inventory. Get it, wear it, send it back. And with 2 items, I end up getting about 1 shipment a week. One thing that would help me is some petite options so that I could select more pants. I am short. Until then, I have stocked up on my own pants supply and stick with all the shirts and dresses. The app is easy to navigate, however one complaint is that I wish as you were looking through options, it would flag if you have ever gotten an item previously. I am irritated when I get something only to realize I have (unintentionally) had it before!! ### 5/5 — I LOVE GB! *2020-11-23* I’ve been a customer for a little over 5 years now and I have had a fantastic experience since day 1. The first box I ever got was disappointing and I emailed the team and let them know the issues. They sent a new box, extended my free trial by a week and were extremely apologetic. Service has been top notch ever since, and I rave about this to everyone I know. It’s one of the small joys of my life to get a GB box and it makes me so happy. I am a huge proponent of when you look good you feel good, and for me GB has helped me to look good and feel better often.
