## What is GXLab (formerly FarmLab)?

Discover GXLab, the integrated field and desktop platform for collecting and analysing soil, plant, water, and biodiversity data. The mobile app lets you navigate to sampling points, record key details like depth, barcodes, notes, and photos, and maintain full chain of custody in the field.

Submit samples directly to our network of over 30+ partner laboratories worldwide, then view and analyse the results alongside satellite and spatial data in the GeXLab desktop app.

GXLab supports environmental consultants, agronomists and project developers to simplify workflows, cut costs, and improve the accuracy of environmental measurement.

**NEW** Watermarking on photos showing the current GPS location, direction, point name, a FarmLab Point ID and more for auditing. This option can be turned off in the settings menu for users who don't wish to watermark their photos.

New "Default Field" settings allow users to set default values for their fields. To access this feature, open the settings menu and select "Field Defaults." Simply enter the default values you wish to use, and the next time you open a sample or point, select the field to pre-populate it with your default value.
