## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Crude - Ads - Ads Ads

*2017-10-06*

This app uses stick figures to illustrate the exercise. Crudely put together and it appears to be a kindergarten attempt at developing an app.
Did I mention it was 99% Ads?
Nothing useful other than the idea.

### 1/5 — Misleading!

*2017-01-30*

I purchased the unlimited £2.99 membership thinking it would unlock all workouts, as it says it will, yet it does not. Why are the summer workouts and fat loss/toning workouts not included in this! I feel like I have just spent £2.99 for nothing!

### 1/5 — Not worth your money

*2016-06-25*

I bought the upgrades for this app because I was so pleased with the free exercises but as soon as I opened one of the longer exercises I realized that the only reason they were longer was because the rest after each set is a minute and a half minutes or longer!!

### 1/5 — Disappointed

*2015-08-20*

You pay extra and doesn't open up all app features only certain extra workouts

### 1/5 — Too basic

*2015-05-16*

This app gave too little information - there was nothing about the correct way to sit, for instance, before starting the exercises and absolutely no advice about which muscles you should be tightening before starting. I only tried the first exercise of the basic beginners which was a leg raise. I don't know if I was supposed to be alternating each time, or doing so many on one leg, then so many on the other. I've deleted it now

### 2/5 — It's ok

*2015-06-23*

It's an ok app. Nothing special. Making my own workout is fun and being able to set a timer for how long your reps are and resting time in between.

### 3/5 — Ads & Sounds Are Awful

*2017-02-15*

My review has nothing to do with the exercises, which look good, btw. The sounds are as unpleasant as can be. There needs to be a less awful choice. They're all basically a different version of a foghorn. Also, the ads are out of control. You can't make a move without an ad popping up. I thought buying the premium would help with that, but nope. It's pretty annoying.

### 4/5 — Swiss ball

*2017-05-02*

Good value - does exactly what I need.

### 4/5 — Well rounded workout

*2016-03-23*

Works all body parts. You feel the workout. Not too repetitive. Many levels.

### 4/5 — Nice for a free app

*2015-09-18*

Overall helpful for my exercise goals. Not much choice in the free version but workable.

## Most praised reviews (2 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great workout. Great graphics

*2016-09-14*

The bells and buzzers are great question. Love the workout. Really feel it.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2016-01-26*

Started doing core work a year ago due to back problems. Downloaded this free app recently to change up my routine a bit.
Love the app, easy to use and set up custom programs.
I had forgotten just how brutal the ball can be, this will defiantly take you to a new level.
