Why a 2 the ads come on every time you click on something so annoying. I would give you a much higher mark but the ads. I would pay for your app $5-$10 for the year. I hope in the future you lower the amount of ads.

Every time you press a button an ad come up and blocks the screen for 5 seconds.
I do understand this is a free app. But seeing a pop up ad every few seconds is losing the purpose of the app viz. a fitness.

 I am a athlete and bodybuilding is my hobby. I know proper posture is most important while gymming and more then that proper way cycle and this app follow the same.
 
Just more and more adds are there rest all are really awesome
