The app won’t link with the email connection and the backup directions change nothing. You guys need a much better way for people to authenticate and get started. ### 1/5 — Never works right *2024-09-26* 4 times now I try to get into the gym and the app doesn’t work. And then no one is working at the gym and they don’t answer the phone. And I have to wait until some other customer comes in so I can go in.
