Gym Lens helps you turn gym equipment into a clear weekly workout plan.

Choose a photo of a machine, review a suggested built-in equipment profile, and confirm what it trains before adding it to your routine. Save useful machines to your library, assign them to weekdays, edit notes like sets or seat position, and mark completed training days when you finish.

The app is designed for practical gym use: quick machine lookup, reusable profiles, simple scheduling, live workout tracking, and a local workout history that helps you see what you trained.
