## What is Gym Timer?

Keep your rest between sets on track with Gym Timer.

Start a countdown in a few taps and follow it from your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island on supported iPhones.

• Choose a preset or set a custom duration from 1 second to 3 hours.
• Add time or restart a running timer from its Live Activity.
• Customize up to four add-time buttons to match your routine.
• Finish with a soft melodic chime, bell, alert, vibration, or no sound.
• Preview sounds before choosing your favorite.

Gym Timer works without an account, ads, or analytics. Your timer preferences stay on your device.

Requires iOS 17 or later. Live Activities must be enabled for Lock Screen controls. Dynamic Island is available on supported iPhone models. Alerts depend on your notification, sound, and Focus settings.
