## What is Gym Tracker?

Gym Tracker logs your lifts in two taps and keeps every set, forever, for free.

Unlimited routines. Unlimited custom exercises. Full history. No ads, no account, no subscription — the things other trackers charge for are simply not locked here.

SWITCHING FROM ANOTHER APP?
Import your whole history from Strong, Hevy or Alpha Progression — and unlike other importers, your routines come with it. Import as many times as you like, and undo it if you change your mind.

FAST LOGGING
• Your previous set shown beside the new one, so you always know the target
• Weight and rep steppers with plate-sized quick buttons — no keyboard
• Warm-up, drop, failure and superset tagging
• A rest timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
• Force-quit mid-workout and it comes back exactly where you left it

YOUR NUMBERS
• Personal records for weight, reps, volume and estimated 1RM
• A chart for every exercise, and how this session compares with your last five
• Muscle maps that show what each exercise actually works
• Plate calculator and warm-up calculator, both free

NOTHING IS LOCKED
• Unlimited routines and custom exercises
• Unlimited workout history and charts
• CSV export in a format other apps can read — your data is yours to take
• Apple Health, write only: it never reads your health data
• Works fully offline. No account, no sign-up, no ads.

657 exercises with muscle maps, kg or lb, light or dark.
