Your link led me to mad muscle which took my credit card for a work out plan charged me and then didn’t provide log in information with no way to contact them. Contact by email locks up conveniently every time I Try to send a email! It’s a scam!

Too many adds its anoying judt make it simple and deliver on what you say the app is and add a couple in app perchases but it has to be worth and this app just aint worth anyones time tbh. I would reccomend passing over this app and using youtube

A very helpful app! A useful tool to get you started, shows how and what muscle groups you are going to be exercising. Only problem I had was the advertisements (once you get the premium version all adds disperse) premium is $49.99
