L’application est top avec la possibilité de faire ses séries, sa propre séance et des suggestions.

Cependant il manque:
> un bip quand la fin du chronomètre de pause est fini afin savoir quand reprendre la série
> la possibilité de changer le temps de pause 
> et surtout la synchronisation avec Apple santé, mon énergie dépensée n’est pas inscrite dans Apple Santé, c’est vraiment dommage.
> améliorer la demande ressentie à la fin

Would love to give it 5 stars but it’s disappointing that this app syncs only height and weight with the health app. It needs to sync workout sessions too!

Me permite llevar control de mis avances, ya sean en peso o repeticiones, obvio no todos los ejercicios se pueden elegir, pero anotó uno similar para control, me permitió crear todas mis rutinas, aunque a mi esposa, solo le dejo crear dos opciones

Die App an sich ist gut und hilfreich. Aber dass man knapp 30 Opt Outs machen muss damit die Daten nicht mit jedem geteilt werden, entspricht nicht dem DSGVO Grundsatz der datenschutzfreundlichen Grundeinstellung.

Außerdem wäre es wünschenswert die Daten an Strava übertragen zu können.

Es ist eine tolle App für Einsteiger, aufgrund der großen Menge an Übungen und guten Erklärungen dazu. 
Und auch wenn ein paar kleine Übungen fehlen, kann man sich selbst neue erstellen. 
Nur dass die Muskelgruppen ziemlich undetailliert sind, was vielleicht gerade für Fortgeschrittene störend sein kann.

I downloaded this app today and wanted to try the paid version, so I activated the one-week free trial. However, on the very first day I realised it wasn’t suitable for me and decided to cancel it. Unfortunately, no matter how much I searched, I couldn’t find any option to cancel the subscription or manage it properly. It seems the cancellation process is not clearly designed or easily accessible, making it difficult for users to find and stop the subscription. I would appreciate it if this could be improved so users can manage their subscriptions more easily.
