### 5/5 — Great Simple Workout App

*2026-10-21*

I have always been looking for a clean simple app for my exercises and this app does the trick! I like how the app has a reading card, workout breakdown, and physique diagram for which muscles are being worked. Has a great sense of creating a workout and building your own program. It’s keeps it simple and easy to follow!
