Love their clothes so much. Adorable and always good material that held up well. Five years ago I adopted a 1 year old girl. She is 6 now. Even though there are no more Gymboree’s in the malls to buy her clothes from, thank goodness I can go online and get them!! I wondered for a long time if it was a legit company. Within 4 days, I got 10 transactions with unauthorized use of my bank account. I reached out but never got a response. My orders were canceled by end of Friday, and I tried a few times to fill up the ‘email us’ option in the app. It didn’t allow me to copy and paste the order number, and when I returned from checking my email for the number, all filled info was flushed away. Starting over was so boring. It waisted my time! In addition, my coupon code was now marked as’ used’, even my order was fully canceled. If you cannot afford offering coupon, you can make it clear. Waste of memory on phone installing this app. Never shows updated offers as well. ### 3/5 — Quality is going down again *2025-07-09* The quality of the clothes from Gymboree has seen a reduction again since they were saved by the children’s place. The thickness of shirts, pajamas and pants/shorts is noticeable. As well as the design of the boys’ clothing lines. When they were first rescued the lines were still cute and matched somewhat for boys. Now in the last 2 years I have been at a loss especially with summer clothing lines as to what to purchase my kids. Including pajamas options - they seem nonexistent at this point. The bright bold blues, greens and reds need a do ever for summer lines. The same colors are recycled every year. There are ways to do cute designs and integrate more of the color spectrum in less bold colors. The 3 stars is because from time to time I do find options especially fall/winter for my boys and this past fall they had nice options and colors for them. Please add more variety for boys’ summer with themes/styles that they can wear every day not just on vacation. ### 3/5 — Adorable, close prices are great. The app is awful. *2023-06-07* I spend a lot of money with this company but I have a horrible time with the app. If you try to buy something you will put one for one piece of the garment but it will add 45 you go to take them off and then I’ll take something else off above or below it that you were purchasing it is the most difficult app I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve got boxes to take back in that I did not order things of a different size completely. Please help with this matter I know I’m not the only one love the clothing, but not the app! ### 3/5 — App *2022-10-21* There’s too much clutter in mobile view. Can’t tell where to go to end up where you need to. Too many brands served on top of each other. If you have product differentiation, let the app show that! The app however, has glitches. Every time I open it, it freezes and shakes when I try to look at a collection or anything I search for. I have to close it and open it back up repeatedly in order to complete my purchase. Almost not worth it, because it takes too long.
