## What is GymBot?

GymBot brings structure to your strength workouts and helps you stay in rhythm.
So simple, so effective — yet more than just a basic timer. GymBot tracks your workouts and supports you in completing a professional-level workout and achieving your goals.

How it works:

- Please allow access to Apple Health the first time you use the app.
- In the settings, set the number of sets and the rest duration.
- When you start your workout, your current set, workout duration, and heart rate will be displayed.
- After completing a set, start your rest period.
- Once the rest time is over, the watch will vibrate to let you know it’s time to start the next set.
- When you finish the last set, end your workout.
- You can now move on to the next exercise and start a new workout.
- Your workout will be recorded in Apple Health, and you can see anytime when and how long you trained.

You stay in the flow and avoid unnecessary breaks. You do the work — GymBot makes sure it counts.
