## What is Gymbound?

Stop skipping the gym. Gymbound makes sure you actually show up.

Set your workout time for each day. Gymbound counts down to it on your Home Screen and Lock Screen, nudges you before you leave, and follows up if you're still not there. No workout logging. No exercise library. No social feed. Just one job: getting you through the door.

HOW IT WORKS
- Pick your gym days and times (Mon–Sun)
- Get nudged 60 min before, 15 min before and right on time
- "Still not there?" follow-up 30 minutes after start time
- Tap Done from a widget. Streak saved.

A COUNTDOWN YOU CAN'T IGNORE
- Home Screen widgets: small, medium and large, with an interactive Done button
- Lock Screen widgets: circular, rectangular and inline
- StandBy support for your nightstand or desk
- Live Activity and Dynamic Island in the final hour, plus time left in your workout

STREAKS THAT KEEP YOU HONEST
- Current and longest streak
- Weekly Mon–Sun dots and a calendar heatmap
- Weekly consistency score
- Streak freezes for sick days and travel

REMINDERS ON YOUR TERMS
- Snooze when life happens
- Quiet hours so nudges never wake you
- Brutal Mode: persistent reminders for when gentle doesn't work

GYMBOUND PRO
- Different workout times for every day of the week
- A second session per day (AM cardio, PM lift)
- Multiple reminders per workout, plus Brutal Mode
- All widget themes
- Streak freeze tokens
- Live Activity and Dynamic Island countdown

FREE FOREVER
One workout time per day, basic reminders and one widget style. No ads, no account, and your data stays on your iPhone.

Built natively for iOS 26 with Liquid Glass.
