Every time I am asked to fill the medical questionnaire in, it doesn’t recognise it’s been filled in and therefore I can’t book onto my class with my package! Really annoying and I keep having to go through the studio instead. No one got back to me when I asked for help either. So each time you click in, wait for the app to eventually load and tell you if the slot is taken. It then goes back to the wrong time when you choose other dates. The app itself is simple but it works! Clients find it easy to use and admin wise for myself in the background it does everything you need and easy to schedule.
