The app gets stuck on the logo loading screen. Already tried reinstalling and restarting my phone but still the same issue.

If i dont open the app for a day or two, it automatically logs me out and theres zero face id capability. Makes it a pain to get into my gym.

Not the worst app. However, new features are rare to non-existent, the app is buggy, and crashes happen often. Feature request: please update the class attendance logic so that classes can be registered or deregistered for 1-2 hours after. Sometimes people register for 2 classes and decide not to continue to the second class, or register for 1 and end up doing 2-3.

E.g. every time a class is booked as of version 16.6.1 (Build 20G81) running on an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 16.6.1. The app will hang on a black screen. Previous builds have resulted in frequent full app crashes.

First of all, good job on the app so far. Unfortunately, the app crashes happen every time a class is booked as of version 16.6.1 (Build 20G81) running on an iPhone 14 Pro running iOS 16.6.1. The app will hang on a black screen. Previous builds have resulted in full app crashes, although the API call is always successfully processed by the backend.

Definitely a 5 as a school owner.  

It does it all from payment processing, attendance tracking, easy email and push notification for communicating with members.

It’s not 100% perfect (yet) but the Gymdesk team continues to make good improvements to the overall platform and putting convenience into the hands of the users. The app is very easy to use and intuitive.
